On behalf of a partnership of public and voluntary sector organisations, we wanted to hear from residents of North Tyneside and voluntary sector organisations about what they thought about digital inclusion and what would help residents to get support to be more digitally included when they want it. Healthwatch North Tyneside was asked by North Tyneside’s Health and Wellbeing Board to gather voluntary sector and service user feedback to influence the local Health inequalities work associated with North Tyneside’s Equally Well Strategy and implementation plan. The aim was to hear the views of the voluntary and community sector in North Tyneside and the people they work with.
