Get involved in developing home care services

Healthwatch North Tyneside is working with North Tyneside Council to make sure home care services (domiciliary care) work well for residents.

This work will involve:

  • Working with the Adult Social Care team at North Tyneside Council.
  • Using your own experience and knowledge to make services better for everyone.
  • Opportunities to develop and test information and resources for residents.

Some of this activity will focus on services commissioned by North Tyneside Council; at other times we will be talking about the wider social care system and private arrangements.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are interested in home care support to get involved, including those with experience of using home care services.
