Hearing someone describe their own experiences is a powerful way to understand how different services work. We worked with Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums (TWAM) to listen to and record people’s experiences of mental health services in the borough to help people share their stories in a new way. The key messages in this video reflect a number of issues we had heard in our earlier report ‘People’s experiences of mental health services in North Tyneside’.
