More residents than ever share their feedback in our latest ‘Your Care’ survey!

Thank you to the over 800 people who shared their views and experiences of local health and social care services in our survey of ‘Your Care in 2023.’ This is around 250 people more than shared their feedback in last year’s annual survey and we are very grateful to everyone who shared the survey to ensure we reached as many residents as possible. You told us where things worked well and what needs to be better. Your responses will help shape the future of North Tyneside health and care services.

The survey has now closed but you can contact us anytime to share your feedback on local health and social care services you have recently used. As a thank you for sharing your views and experiences, there was a choice to enter a prize draw for £100 of Love to Shop vouchers. We will soon be drawing and contacting the lucky winner.
