Tell us about your care during the last 12 months

Last year, more than 800 people shared their experiences of local health and care services with us for our annual survey. This year we’d like to hear from even more of you!

Everyone who takes part will have the chance to enter a draw to win a £100 LOVE2SHOP voucher.

The wide range of feedback we received last year included comments on problems accessing certain services including dentistry and primary care (GPs), having a choice in how you can book and attend appointments, and concerns you felt under pressure to pay for private healthcare.

We also received very positive comments about the high quality of care provided by hard-working, friendly and supportive staff.

Healthwatch North Tyneside is an independent charity that helps to improve local health and care by finding out about your experiences and feeding this back to the decision makers who commission and deliver the services.

We want to celebrate services which provide excellent care and find out where improvements might be needed. To do this, we need feedback from YOU.
