Report on what people have told us

It’s been a busy six months and we are on course to talk to more people in a year than ever before, despite the lockdown restrictions limiting our activities in the beginning of this year.
This report highlights what local people have told us about health and care services in North Tyneside, including GP access, COVID vaccine services and maternity services. We are really pleased that:
• 1,482 people have shared their views and experiences with us.
• 1,806 people talked to us at 24 events across North Tyneside.
• 1,224 residents participated in our GP access research.
• 88,000 Living Well North Tyneside booklets distributed since January 2021.
We will be presenting this report to North Tyneside’s Health and Wellbeing Board in September.
