Talking Therapies
North Tyneside Talking Therapies service are open and you can access the service yourself – you do not need to speak to your GP first.
They have made their online therapy tool free to access for all North Tyneside residents and they recommend this for people feeling overwhelmed by the coronavirus situation. Go to Talking Therapies online

The ‘Help yourself’ leaflet was designed by young people for young people and includes support suggestions for young people regarding their mental health and emotional well being.

Kooth.com
Kooth offers online mental health and wellbeing support to young people aged 11- 25 years in North Tyneside. Young people can chat in confidence with qualified counsellors, who are online from 12noon until 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm until 10pm, 365 days a year. How to sign up to Kooth
