Your experiences of hospital discharge

Healthwatch England wants to hear from people who have been discharged from hospital after a stay of one or more nights. They really want to hear from people who had a difficult discharge experience for the following reasons:

• You were ready to leave but your discharge was delayed
• You didn’t feel well enough to be discharged
• You were sent home before all the care and support you needed was in place.

This is a national research project which the Healthwatch North Tyneside team is supporting.
