What we heard in our general engagement activities from April 2022 to March 2023 has been summarised into a report outlining the common themes we have identified, as well as local people’s views and experiences of specific services, and what we will do with this information going forward.
You can find our reports into specific issues here
We engaged with more people than ever before during this period, with over 3500 people from across the borough sharing their views and experiences to help us raise issues and improve care.
This feedback enables us to:
- Provide direct feedback to individual services, showing what residents and services users have said about their service and other similar services
- Share trends and analysis with key decision makers, including the NHS, Social care commissioners and North Tyneside’s Health and Wellbeing board, to highlight residents issues
- Highlight possible solutions to problems based on what we have heard from local people
- Identify key issues to focus our work programme for the following year.
Find out more about the key themes we identified from the feedback received and what people told us worked well or what could be improved about specific services in the report here
