You said we did: Relaunch for our Care Homes and Covid survey (now closed)

Healthwatch North Tyneside have been asked to undertake a survey looking at how care home residents, their families, and people working in care homes, experienced the pandemic in order to influence future provision.

The original survey was launched in March, but following feedback from participants, we have made several improvements, making the survey shorter, easier and more accessible. 

We still want to understand what it has been like for people, what worked well and what could have been done better, so that care providers in North Tyneside can be better prepared for any future pandemics.

The updated, anonymous survey will take around 10 minutes to complete and at the end, you can indicate that you would like to have a telephone conversation to discuss things further. You can also choose to enter our prize draw for a £50 Love to Shop voucher.
