Did you know that 2,809 people told us about their experiences of health and care services?

We published our annual report for April 2019 to March 2020 in June. It includes lots of interesting information about our work and what we achieved before the coronavirus pandemic, which meant we had to pause much of our activities and refocus. It also sets out our plans for the coming year.
