Our projects and reports

Our Annual Report 2022-23 is out now. It outlines all the work, projects and priorities we have been focused on over the past year, and lays out how we intend to go forward over the next 12 months.

What we heard in our general engagement activities from April 2022 to March 2023 has been summarised into a report outlining the common themes we have identified, as well as local people’s views and experiences of specific services, and what we will do with this information going forward.

As part of the events to mark Carer’s Week, Healthwatch North Tyneside has shared the results of the ‘Caring in North Tyneside in 2022’ survey. 681 carers took time to share their views and experiences of caring in 2022 in a survey conducted with North Tyneside Carers’ Centre on behalf of North Tyneside’s Carers Partnership Board. The study was similar to that carried out in 2021 about carers’ experiences during the pandemic, so we are able to compare the responses and see progress.

On behalf of a partnership of public and voluntary sector organisations, we wanted to hear from residents of North Tyneside and voluntary sector organisations about what they thought about digital inclusion and what would help residents to get support to be more digitally included when they want it.
